Latoya Pendergrass is a dedicated and passionate leader in the field of social services, previously serving as Director and Program Manager for Ingleside, Cadia Rehab, and the State of Delaware. With over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and communities, Latoya has built a career rooted in compassion, equity, and empowerment.

Latoya holds a Master’s degree in Administration of Human Services and is a Certified Early Childhood and School-Age Administrator in the State of Delaware. 

Since launching her first summer program in North Wilmington in 2021, Latoya has been thrilled to celebrate its 5th summer—continuing to create safe, enriching spaces where children thrive.

Beyond her professional work, Latoya is a devoted wife and proud mother of four. Known in her community as “Mom to many,” she is a trusted mentor and source of strength for countless young people.
